This solution is for individuals (such as individual brokers or individual loan officers) or entire companies. Every buyer comes from a real estate agent who wants their deal to close, so you both win by working together and helping each other: they earn their agent commission, and you earn your broker fee. The $100 paid to agents is just a perk to ensure no lead goes to waste. What really matters is getting buyers across the finish line with their home purchase.
How It Works:
To help you, you are assigned a dedicated Go Fish Account Manager (which works for you) to be there at all times to help you if you need it. You can customize your buyer preferences to receive only the buyers that match your criteria—such as geographic location, loan types you offer, the buyer’s desired loan type, mortgage amount, buyer motivation, and more. Buyers that match your settings will be sent to the email address on your account, and you can also view them anytime by logging into your Go Fish Admin Panel.
Policies:
1. Active Buyer Guarantee Policy
We require RE Agents to connect you with buyers that are actively seeking to purchase a home and have done so within the past 45 days. If you determine that a buyer does not meet this criteria, appears to have no value, or may be falsified, please notify us promptly. Timely notice allows us to deactivate the connection in our system and ensure you are not charged for it.
2. Involvement Disclosure Policy
As a Broker or Lender you are kindly prohibited from revealing our (GFOs) involvement, including the $100 fee per buyer. You can freely inform the home buyer that they were referred to you by their RE Agent and you are "here to help."
3. Quality Assurance Policy
As a Broker or Lender on our platform, you are continually vetted and monitored to ensure that buyers receive exceptional service and the best possible chance of approval.
