3. Set Up Direct Deposit for Weekly Auto-Pay: In your "Settings," securely enter your ACH info to receive automatic weekly payments for your referrals — no waiting for the mortgage to close.
4. Refer Buyers in Seconds – With Full Transparency: Each referral takes just 30 seconds to submit. At Go Fish, referrals aren’t randomly assigned — they’re intelligently matched to the best broker or lender for each buyer’s unique needs.
You start by setting filters based on your preferences. Then, after answering a few simple questions about your buyer — the platform instantly cross-checks that against each broker’s/lender's preferences and specialties, narrowing the list in real time, showing detailed profiles for each result — including their name, website, a short “about us” summary, and more. You can then omit any you'd prefer not to include — creating your preferred pool of possible recipients. From there, our precision matching engine algorithm uses your input to guide the final choice.
5. Anonymous, RESPA-Compliant, and Relationship-Protecting: Our process is fully RESPA-compliant. Brokers and lenders cannot mention Go Fish or your $100 payment to the buyer. The buyer simply knows you referred them to help get pre-qualified — reinforcing your value and protecting your relationship.
6. Everything Tracked in Your Dashboard: You’ll see every referral you’ve submitted in your "My Referrals" tab, including which broker/lender received it. You can message matched partners anytime to coordinate or build long-term relationships.
For Mortgage Brokers & Lenders (Referral Receivers):
1. Cost: Pay-By-Performance (Flat $100 Fee Per Referral) Sign up for free. No monthly fees.
2. Fill Out Your Settings & Preferences:
This solution is for individuals (such as individual brokers or individual loan officers) or entire companies; no integration is needed. You can customize your referral preferences to receive only the leads that match your criteria—such as geographic location, loan types you offer, the buyer’s desired loan type, mortgage amount, buyer motivation, and more. Referrals that match your settings will be sent to the email address on your account, and you can also view them anytime by logging into your Go Fish Admin Panel.
3. After The Referral Is Sent: We don't communicate with the home buyer, and they do not know you received them as a referral through us; as a policy you are kindly prohibited from revealing our involvement - and instead you can inform the home buyer that "they were referred to you by their RE Agent." As a broker on our platform, you're continually vetted and monitored to ensure buyers receive exceptional service and the best possible chance of approval.
4. Auto-Pay $100 Per Semi-Exclusive Referral From RE Agents
You auto-pay RE Agents $100 per semi-exclusive referral (pre-qualified referral sent only to you and 1 other broker and/or lender). You pay the $100 per referral upfront whether it leads to a closed mortgage or not.
