Pricing

We only charge Mortgage Brokers, and we share those funds with the Real Estate Agents that sent the referral (or Home Buyers if they're representing themself without a RE Agent).

For Mortgage Brokers (Referral Receivers):
A. Sign up for free. No monthly fees. Pay-By-Performance ($100 to $500 Fee Per Semi-Exclusive Referral). The price per referral is based its quality, potential, and probability of approval, and you can set your filters to accept or block the receipt based on those attributes (such as home buyer income, credit, home price, ect).
B. Semi-exclusive referral means it is a pre-qualified referral sent only to you and 1 other broker.
C. You pay the per referral price upfront whether it leads to a closed mortgage or not.
D. Good Lead Guarantee: If you find that the referral is not seeking to purchase a home, you can easily dispute the referral in your admin panel and we will review it to see if we can prevent you from getting charged. Also, if you find that the lead does not have the attributes that you paid for (high income, high credit, ect) you can also be given a refund for that as well or if caught in time we will prevent you from getting charged for those attributes entirely.
